Wit’s End, the best vintage party in town, is back with another year of fun times, cocktails, big parties and live music. Join us for the first installment of Wit’s End in 2011! We’re back from our holiday break, and have an amazing lineup for you to keep things hot in the January chill! Saturday, January 29 at 7:00pm at Flute Midtown.
This month’s music is a VERY special collaboration of hot jazz talents from the East and West Coast- a lineup formed especially for Wit’s End! Music will be provided by Marquis W. Howell, II (of California’s Hobo Jazz and Janet Klein & Her Parlor Boys) & The Hobohemians of Ancient Jazz – Dan Levinson (NYC’s reedman extraordinaire) and Daniel Glass (Royal Crown Revue)! Don’t miss the chance to see this combo for the first time live!
As always, we’ll be bringing you our FREE dance lesson at 830pm, vintage cocktails, and recorded music of the 1910s-1930s throughout the evening. Come in your finest evening attire, 1910s-1940s vintage/vintage-inspired is preferred.
