Can Parkerfest on Governors Island be rained out?
We are thinking positive and dry thoughts about the weather this weekend, but in the event of rain:
Drizzle or intermittent showers will not cancel the event.
If heavy, continuous rain occurs on one of the days, that day’s rain date is Sunday the 21st. There is only ONE rain date.
There will be an update posted here Friday night, Saturday morning, and Sunday morning.
