It looks like there is a Parker show coming to town soon for three nights only. Dorothy Parker: Just a Little One will be at the Producer’s Club Theatre, 358 W 44th St, (Between 8th and 9th Aves), New York, NY 10036, (212) 315-4743, March 15 through 17 (at 7 p.m.). Written by Kelly Ellenwood, directed by Floyd Rumohr.
Press release states: “The sensational voice of Kelly Ellenwood takes us to the 20s and 30s in this workshop production of a musical homage to Dorothy Parker, satirical poet, short-story writer, and legendary drama critic for Vanity Fair.”
I don’t know anything about the show, if you do, tell me. Apparently, the star was in Phantom of the Opera, and played Carlotta Giudicelli. I am probably going to see it, if you want to go too, tell me.
